WESTSIDE — It’s still summertime. I thought we were going to get rain yesterday but had another thought. We didn’t get any. Guess it will be our turn sometime soon. After all, August has arrived.
Clifton Tucker of Bella Vista came by Saturday for a short visit. He was on his way home from work and thought he should come by. I’m glad he did, even though it was a short visit.
Patti King of Lowell visited her parents, Jack and Sylvia Tucker, on Saturday. They are always glad to have her visit them.
Sylvia Tucker visited Johnnie Mae Marshall onThursday afternoon after she got home from club.
Orpha Wardlaw and her company, Christi Wardlaw of Little Rock, Zack and Selena Fincher of Tulsa, went to Silver Dollar City for a few days last week. She said they really did have a good time. The children have gone home and Christi will be returning home this week.
Jewel Lukens has not been feeling well this week. We sure missed her at church Sunday morning. Hope she is feeling better.
Guess it’s been too hot for people to get out and visit. Maybe we’ll have more news soon.
