A large overflow, heated crowd attended the meeting last Monday night at the community center about Bella Vista swallowing up Hiwasse. There will be another meeting Dec. 15 at the Hiwasse Baptist Church. They have a larger building. Be sure you are registeredand be sure you get out and vote on May 22.

Sympathy is extended to Bureva Fuller and her family for their loss.

Sympathy to the William Johnson and the Ricky Wolfinbarger families. They were both well known in the area.

Word has been received that former resident JuanitaCoffee had passed away. Sympathy is extended to the Coffee family.

Tami Presley is home from the hospital but very weak.

The employees of Tri-State Propane and their families enjoyed a Christmas party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Holloway Saturday evening.

Those enjoying Sunday lunch with Mr. and Mrs. Ward Carrier, Mike and Gabe were Mr. and Mrs. Tom Brooks, Mr. and Mrs. Brian Carrier, Mr. and Mrs. Lofty Carrier, Trevor andEmily Blevins and me.

Gene Wilmott is out of the hospital and recovering at home.

The youth group from the Bella Vista Church of Christ will conduct services at the Hiwasse Church of Christ on Sunday evening, Dec. 11, at 6:30 p.m. This group does a great job and will be well worth your time to go worship with them.

Trevor and Emily Blevins spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Lofty Carrier and Lamarise.
