— Gayla McKinzie, owner of Gravette radio station KBVA, opened her new broadcast center to the public in an "early" open house last Saturday afternoon.

The station, located just north of Highway 72 across from Hendren Plastics, is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year and the opening helped commemorate the milestone.

Although broadcasting from the new facility will not begin until shortly after the first of the year, the opening was attended by many who enjoyed refreshments. Shown with Gayla is her father, Senator Kim Hendren, an engineer, who designed the new facility.
