— GENTRY SENIOR CENTER MENU Week of February 14 - 18

Monday: Meatloaf w/sauce, au gratin potatoes, peas & carrots, wheat roll, fantasy fruit.

Tuesday: Ham steak, yam patties, winter mix vegetables, wheat bread, tutti-frutti pudding.

Wednesday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, country gravy, green beans, dinner roll, mandarin oranges.

Thursday: Beef brisket w/ BBQ sauce, seasoned butter beans, steamed cabbage, cornbread, peaches.

Friday: Chili w/beans, crackers, flamed roasted potato & vegetables, steamed broccoli w/cheese.

All meals are served with milk and margarine. Coffee or tea extra donation.

GRAVETTE SENIOR CENTER MENU Week of February 14 - 18

Monday: Valentine’s Day dinner - Bacon wrapped mock fillet, dilled new potatoes, asparagus, blushing pear salad, sweetheart parfait.

Tuesday: Pork on a stick, scalloped potatoes, mixed vegetables, dinner roll, emerald pears.

Wednesday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes w/gravy, steamed cabbage, wheat bread, peach cobbler.

Thursday: Chicken chow mein over steamed rice, Oriental vegetables, egg roll, Jell-O w/mandarin oranges.

Friday: Swedish meatballs over noodles, green beans, dinner roll, chocolate pudding.

Meals are subject to change.

Meals at Center served with choice of 2% milk, buttermilk, coffee, tea or orange juice.

Diabetic desserts are available.
