— Deborah Baugus

Deborah Diane Baugus, 53, of Gentry, died Dec. 30, 2010, at Hillcrest Hospital in Tulsa, Okla.

She was born Jan. 27, 1957, in Meridian, Miss., to James Howard Perkins and Gloria Ann Amason Perkins. She moved from Forest, Miss., to Benton County in April of 1998. She was a chick handler for Cargil Hatchery. She was a member of Jesus Name Church in Cherokee City.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Baugus.

Survivors include two sons, James Matthew Easterling of Jay, Okla., Tony Justin Hall Easterling of Clarksville; two daughters, Debbie LaWanda Rogers and husband James of Gravette, and Teresa Short of Memphis, Tenn.; 10 grandchildren; three greatgrandchildren; two sisters, Patsy Watkins of Gentry, and Rhonda Sutterfield of Union, Miss.

Funeral services were Jan. 6 at Jesus Name Church in Cherokee City, with Steve Paden officiating. Burial was at Dickson Cemetery, near Cherokee City. Arrangements were by Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs.

Raymond Brinkley

Raymond I. Brinkley, 62, of Gentry, died Jan. 7, 2011, in Siloam Springs.

He was born Jan. 13, 1948, in Roswell, N.M., to Raymond G. Brinkley and Jewel Pearl Brooks and raised by his stepmother Dolores Brinkley. He was a farmer and a former body shop repairman for alocal trucking company and a member of the Victory Baptist Church in Gentry.

Survivors include his wife, Angie Wright Brinkley of the home; sons, Raymond Buck Brinkley, Roy Brinkley and Tim Brinkley, all of Gentry; his stepmother, Dolores Brinkley of Aurora, Colo.; two sisters; one brother; and nine grandchildren.

Memorial services were Jan. 11 at Victory Baptist Church in Gentry. Cremation arrangements were by Benton County Funeral Home in Rogers.

Hannah Downard

Hannah Marie Downard, of Gravette, was born and died Jan. 6, 2011.

Survivors include her parents, Alecia Belcher and Harley Downard; and four siblings.

A graveside service was held Jan. 9 at Little Flock Cemetery. Arrangements were by Benton County Funeral Home of Rogers.

Patsy Patterson

Patsy Ruth Patterson, 83, of Gentry, died Jan. 4, 2011, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville.

She was born Aug. 21, 1927, in Siloam Springs, to Clyde Phillips and Irene Butler Phillips. She lived in Gentry all her life and was a homemaker and farmer.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin A. Patterson, in 2007.

Survivors include one son, David M. Patterson and wife Kathy of Gentry; one daughter, Diana Milner andhusband David of Pueblo, Colo.; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one brother, Don Phillips and wife Jean of Grove, Okla.

Funeral services were Jan. 8 at Wasson Memorial Chapel, Siloam Springs, with Robert Andrews officiating. Burial followed at Fairmount Cemetery, near Gentry. Arrangements were by Wasson Funeral Home of Siloam Springs.

Irene Tevebaugh

Irene Louise Tevebaugh, 93, of Gentry, died Jan. 4, 2011, at Siloam Springs Nursing and Rehab in Siloam Springs.

She was born July 12, 1917, in Peru, Kan., to William W. Heald and Nora Brooks Heald. She was a lifelong resident of the Gentry area and worked at Twiggs Grocery Store and Barnetts Dairyette. She sang with a ladies’ quartet for 50 years and was the pianist for the Methodist Church in Springtown for 60 years. She was a homemaker and seamstress,and a member of Springtown United Methodist Church in Springtown. She married Loyis Lee “Pete” Tevebaugh on July 12, 1935.

She was preceded in death by two grandsons, Tracy Tevebaugh and Troy Tevebaugh.

Survivors include her husband of 75 years, of Siloam Springs Nursing and Rehab; three sons, Rudy Tevebaugh and wife Lola of Edmond, Okla., Jimmy Tevebaugh and wife Connie of Oakhurst, Texas, and Dale Tevebaugh of Gentry; three daughters, Beverly Brooks-Gore and husband Larry Gore of Haines City, Fla., Kay Reed and husband Logan of Gentry, and Vicki Bland and husband Mike of Bentonville; 15 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Jan. 8 at Wasson Memorial Chapel in Siloam Springs, with Randy Burris officiating. Burial followed at Fairmount Cemetery, near Gentry. Arrangements were by Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs.

Richard Dale Parnham

Richard Dale Parnham, 83, of Gravette, Arkansas, died Friday, January 7, 2011 at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers, Arkansas. He was born on July 25, 1927 in St. Joseph, Missouri to Arthur G. Parnham and Minnie Muller Parnham.

He married Charlene G. Coates on February 5, 1945 in Troy, Kansas. He served in the US Navy during WWII. He moved to Gravette, Arkansas from St. Joseph, Missouri in 1961. He worked as a poultry inspector for the USDA until his retirement. He was a 32nd degree Mason and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. He loved to travel and work on automobiles.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Arthur L. Parnham. He is survived by his wife Charlene G.

Parnham of Gravette, Arkansas; one daughter, Sandra Kelley and husband Bob of Gravette, Arkansas; one sister, Mary DeMitchell of Gravette, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Michael Kelley and Kathleen Baker and husband, Kent; and two great granddaughters, Kentley and Kelsey Baker.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 10, 2011 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, AR 72715. Funeral Services were held on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Christian Church in Gravette, Arkansas. Pastor Terry Longan officiated. Burial was at the Georgia Flats Cemetery, Gravette, Arkansas.
