More than 30 people from the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality, engineering firms and local municipalities toured the pilot Blue PRO filter set up at the Decatur Wastewater Treatment Plant. Many climbed the 18-foot-tall tanks for a peek inside and also walked through the trailer to view how the controls and monitors worked.
