Donations sought to assist Lierly

Helper of others now in need of help from community members

— Many know Jana Lierly as an active member in the community and from the numerous fundraisers she has held for people in need, but she was recently diagnosed with multiple myeloma (cancer of the blood plasma) and on Monday began undergoing a very aggressive treatment regimen in Little Rock, withtreatments three to four times a day and continuing for five months.

She will have to provide her own housing while there because the treatments are not inpatient procedures. The cost will be in addition to maintaining her current mortgage and utilities.

Donations to help with these costs are needed and would be greatly appreciated. A personal account has been set upat Arvest Bank under Jana Lierly, and donations can be made at any branch. Checks may be made payable to Jana Lierly.

Several additional fundraisers are beingplanned to help offset the enormous expense. To help plan or volunteer to work any of these events, please contact Shaun Lierly at 366-9098 or Steven Martinez at 787-0861.
