People who have received communications from the city of Gravette or who have visited the city’s Web site (cityofgravettear.gov) have noticed a new city logo on the city letterhead or on the Web site.

The logo pictures two of Arkansas’ well known symbols, the apple blossom and the mockingbird, as well as the town’s name. All are inside an outline map of the state.

This is the first change of the town logo since the 1950s when the owner of The Gravette News Herald designed a logo which featured the state outline with a star showing Gravette’s location.
