GRAVETTE — The Gravette Public Library reports exciting news. At its last meeting, the library commission voted to extend library membership to all living in Benton County to accommodate the many patrons coming in from other towns.

About 100 people also attended the library’s open house Saturday, April 16. Staff members and library commission members gave tours of the library and all enjoyed the musical groups and delicious refreshments.

Special thanks were expressed to individuals and businesses working the open house and who provided door prizes, including All Star Pizza, Arvest, Austin Drug, Bank of Gravett, Billy V. Hall Senior Activity Center, Can Do Hardware, Cellar Creekside, Edgmon Gifts & Crafts, El Bohemio, Farmer’s Supply & Service, Hard Luck Cafe, Hidee’s In-Style, Marilyn Phillips, Marvin’s Video, SportsWired, Teasley Drug, The Patio Barber & Tanning, Westside Eagle Observer and Wizard’s Works.
