MAYSVILLE NEWS

— We have had some nice days this week after all the rain. Sunday was a rainy day but not bad.

Billy Lovell is home after spending a few days in the hospital. Hope he continues to do better.

The sunrise service at the Maysville Baptist Church had good attendance in spite of all the rain. They report a good service.

I went to Bentonville Saturday morning to the home of my brother, Vernon and Janis Vandiver. We had lunch and then attended the wedding of Vernon’s grandson and my great-nephew. It was a nice wedding but it was late when I got home after eating and visiting.

The Maysville E. H. Club members who attended Spring Council on Friday at the Church of Christ in Cave Springs were Jewel Crawley, Melinda Crawley, Nikki Crawleyand Mary Stewart. This is a county meeting. Hope I didn’t leave out the name of anyone who attended. I’m sure it was a good meeting.

My visitors this weekend were Frances Sims of Bentonville, Anita Townsend of Bentonville and my brother Vernon. We all had a good weekend.
