— Five Gravette High School teachers were honored by their students for “making a difference in their lives” at a teacher’s appreciation reception. More than 80 area educators were honored.

Each student had written a statement as to why they had chosen this particular teacher. The statement was inserted inside the cover of a book, “Standing for Something - 10 Neglected Virtues that will Heal Our Hearts and Homes”, including a picture inserted into ashadow box. The books were presented to the teachers.

Students from Bentonville Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, where the reception was held, selected the teachers who had impressed them for their work with students.
