— We are sure having nice weather. Hope all mothers had a great Mother’s Day.

Sylvia Tucker is home after spending some days in the hospital in Siloam Springs. Glad she is home and feeling better.

I had a good Mother’s Day even though it was celebrated on Saturday. Clifton Tucker of Bella Vista came a day early also. Steve and Susan Tucker of Bella Vista came on Saturday and cleaned my flower beds. They look so good. They planted me some more different things. Gary and Helen Chism came also. We were all glad Helen was feeling like visiting. I had several phone calls from grandchildren so I had a good Mother’s Day.

There will be a concert at the Maysville Bible Church Sunday evening, May 15, at 6 p.m. The singers will be the Doss Brothers and Jim Whisenant of Gentry.The public is invited.

Patti King and friend Petru visited Jack and Sylvia Tucker on Sunday for Mother’s Day. They had visited Ron and Debbie Sims on Saturday.

Alex Lovell made a trip to Heber Springs for a track meet. He competed in the high jump.

Jewel Lukens visited in the home of Marvin and Lesa Hughes and Amber for Mother’s Day. Marvin did the cooking. Jewel andLesa enjoyed that.

Marvin and Bert Ballmann are home after making a trip to Michigan to visit their son, Pete Ballmann and family.
