We got more rain Friday and even more on Sunday. Guess it won’t hurt. It will make the hay fields grow. It’s getting to be hay cutting time.

Patti King of Lowell visited her parents, Jack and Sylvia Tucker, on Saturday. She also visited Ronnie and Debbi Sims.

Jack and Sylvia Tucker and Sammie Sappington all went to Ronnie and Debbi Sims’ for taco salad after graduation at Jay, Okla. They were celebrating thegraduation of Hayley Cochran. She is the daughter of Shelley Bishop, granddaughter of Debbi Sims and great-granddaughter of Jack and Sylvia Tucker. Congratulations, Hayley, on your graduation.

Orpha Wardlaw is home after spending some time in the hospital in Tulsa, Okla. Glad you are home, Orpha, and feeling better. Take care.

Maysville E. H. Club members, remember this Thursday is club day at the community building. Jewel Crawley is hostess and alsohas the lesson. See you all there.

Gary Dirck visited Jack and Sylvia Tucker on Saturday. He had spent some time in the VA Hospital and is now living in Gravette. Glad you are able to be out of the hospital and doing better. I’m sure you were ready to feel better.

Jewel Lukens attended the graduation at Gravette on Saturday morning. She had a great-granddaughter, Christina Lovell, who graduated.

Two Maysville girls graduated Saturday morning at Gravette, Sydney Graham and Christina Lovell. Sydney is the daughter of Duane and Marcia Graham. Christina is the daughter of Julian and Nanete Lovell. Congratulations to both of you.

Budgie Talbot passed away on Saturday morning, May 21. I don’t know all the details but service arrangements were to be made Sunday. Sympathy is extended to the family.
