Gentry student joins Albion College Ford Institute

— Local student George Clark was accepted this fall into the Albion College Gerald R. Ford Institute for Leadership in Public Policy and Service.

The Ford Institute gives exceptional students a chance to broaden their education through concentrated study in areas of government and public service. Institute members come from all academic majors and complete internships and specialized course work in their areas of interest. The Institute sponsors a numberof public events each year and encourages students to participate in campus leadership roles and community service.

George Clark is a first-year student at Albion College. He is the son of Jimmy and Tammy Clark of Gentry and a graduate of Gentry High School.
