SPRINGTOWN — A second required public hearingconcerning the Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program Community Development Project in the town of Springtown, will be held at 6 p.m. on Dec. 13, at Springtown City Hall, 12055 Wasson Road, Springtown.

The purpose of the hearing is to inform citizens of the current scope and progress of the ACEDP project; discuss any changes orimpacts involving financing sources, user fees or beneficiaries that have occurred since the first public hearing; accept oral and written comments regarding the project; and discuss any potential impacts upon citizens that may have resulted during the course of the project.

According to Springtown’s mayor, Paul Lemke, all residents are encouraged to attend and participate.
