We are sure having nice weather now. Guess we could use more rain. What we have had has really made the yards and fields pretty and green.

Jack and Sylvia Tucker visited their daughter, Patti King, in Lowell on Thursday. Think they made some stops at other places.

Clifton Tucker of Bella Vista came by to visit me for a while on Wednesday. He was over in this area so he came by. I sure enjoyed his coming by. It was alsohis birthday. Happy birthday and hope he has many more.

It was good to have Aaron Roberts and his sister Nichole at Maysville Bible Church Sunday morning. Aaron played the piano for us. It was good to have other visitors also.

I had a good surprise on Thursday of this week, a visit from my nephew Ronnie Vandiver of South Carolina. He had been in Broken Arrow, Okla., to visit his dad, Jim Vandiver. He thought he had better come and see his Aunt Katherinewhile he was over this way. We sure had a good visit. It has been some time since he had been here for a while.

This Saturday, Oct. 8, there will be a city-wide garage sale at the Maysville Community Building in the gym. Contact Gwen Singleton at 1-479-291-4520 for a booth. The cost is $10 for a booth which can be set up at 8 a.m. until ?.

Sylvia Tucker visited Johnnie Mae Marshall one afternoon last week. Sometimes they crochet and sometimes they just visit.
