GRAVETTE — Robin Morris, social studies instructor at Gravette Middle School, is seeking assistance from all veterans who reside in the Gravette School District.

Morris said, “We are working on plans for our annual Veteran’s Day program at the Gravette School and want to recognize all veterans with a slide show presentation at that program.”

“We want to recognize all veterans,” she emphasized and requested that every vet send a picture and the date of his/her service so it can be included in the presentation.

“It will take several days to scan the photos and prepare the program,” Morris said, and she asks that they be submitted by Oct. 1 so the work can be completed.

You can e-mail a photo and information to [email protected] or you can mail to her attention at Gravette Middle School, 607 SE Dallas, Gravette, or drop them off at the school. “Please enclose SASE for their return.”

The Veterans Day assembly is a special annual event. Besides the slide show, all veterans are especially invited to attend the program. The exact time will be announced.
