Write to Santa

— Back by popular demand for the fifth year, the Bella Vista Library will send personalized letters from Santa to your children or grandchildren - or that special someone of any age - this holiday season.

The messages will be printed on holiday stationery, and the envelopes will be stamped with the distinctive postal markings of Noel, Mo.

The recipient does not have to live in Bella Vista to receive a letter from Santa, as the letters will be mailed to any address in the continental U.S.

“Whether it’s a letter for baby’s first Christmas, for a non-believing teenager or a special adult in your life, we have a tailor-made letter just for them,” said Diane S. Hine, who started the project in 2006.

Each personalized letter will include a bookmark and a coloring page or age-appropriate activity sheet. The cost is $7, with cash or checks accepted.

Starting Nov. 1, order forms may be picked up at the front desk of the library, 11 Dickens Place, or at The Weekly Vista office, 313 Town Center West. Orders and payment must be received by Saturday , Dec. 3, to ensure delivery by Christmas.
