WESTSIDE — Robert and Geneva Hamilton spent a few days touring Niagara Falls and the area with friends.

We are very thankful for the rain we received last week. However the lightning did cause some problems in the area Monday morning.

Some area teenagers participated in a disaster drill at XNA airport on Saturday morning.

Those having lunch with me on Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Ward Carrier, Gabe Carrier, Mr. and Mrs. Brian Carrier, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Brooks, DaleLynn Carrier and Emily Belvins.

Beth Austin’s familyhelped her celebrate her birthday on Friday.
