Patti King of Lowell visited her parents, Jack and Sylvia Tucker, Sunday.

There was a fellowship dinner at the Maysville Bible Church Sunday after the morning service. We have it the second Sunday of each month and always enjoy the food and fellowship.

Maysville E.H. Club members, remember this Thursday is our Christmas dinner at noon, then we have our games. Bring a $5 wrapped gift for the game and each one will end up with a gift. Bring canned food for the food pantry at Maysville Baptist Church.

Vickie Tapp came by tosee me for a brief time on Saturday. She brought me a gift of fruit and candy for Christmas. Wish she could have stayed longer for a visit. Maybe next time. Thanks, Vickie, that really cheers me up. It’s nice to be remembered.

Patti King visited Ron and Debbie Sims over the weekend. I think they had planned on horseback riding. The weather may have changed that.

My great-granddaughter Skyler Warren had surgery on her right arm Thursday. It was needed because of an injury in a basketball game. She is rather uncomfortable but says she will be ready to play again in six weeks. They don’t give up.
