Monday: Swiss steak w/ gravy, mashed potatoes, green peas w/pimento, wheat bread, chocolate chip cookie.

Tuesday: Closed - New Year’s Day holiday.

Wednesday: Pulled pork au jus, scalloped potatoes, black-eyed peas, wheat bread, honeyed pears.

Thursday: Chicken fettucine, broccoli w/cheese, garlic bread, hot spiced peaches, ranger cookie.

Friday: Beef tips w/gravy, egg noodles, Mediterranean vegetables, wheat bread, mandarin oranges.

Center director may change menu as needed. All meals are served with milk and margarine.

Monday: Spaghetti w/ meat sauce, spinach, garlic bread, cherry pie.

Tuesday: Closed - Happy New Year!

Wednesday: Ham & pinto beans, okra & tomatoes, cornbread, apple crisp.

Thursday: Smothered pork chop, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, roll, apricots & peaches in whipped topping.

Friday: Meatloaf, macaroni & cheese, baked beans, wheat bread, tapioca pudding.

Meals are subject to change. Meals served at Center are served with choice of 2% milk, buttermilk, coffee, tea or orange juice. Diabetic desserts are available.
