Northwest Arkansas — A reception honoring Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Wilber, of Maysville, as they celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary, will be held Sunday, Dec. 30, at the Maysville Community Building.

Marvin Wilber and Billie Netherton were married on Dec. 29, 1947, in Benton County. They have lived their entire married life in the Maysville area. Mr. Wilber served as Maysville Postmaster for many years.

The Wilbers are parents of four children, Mickey and Sherry Wilber of Raleigh, N.C.; Mitchell and Jane Wilber of Gravette; Leon and Beverly Whiteside of Maysville; and Lanny Wilber, who passed away Feb. 3, 1968. They have seven grandchildren, Brian Wilber, Jon Wilber, David Wilber, Kameron Whitehead, Kori Wilber, Whitny Haley and Sam Whiteside. They also are great-grandparents to eight.

Friends and relatives are invited to drop in at the reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Cake and refreshments will be served. Cards and letters will be appreciated, but no gifts, please.
