— David Duncan, with the Illinois River Watershed Partnership, visited Lisa Barrett’s Agriculture Science and Technology Class at the Decatur High School and did a water quality project with enviroscapes.

The project taught students about the importance of preventing runoff into our rivers and streams.

Students learned how to prevent runoff by developing buffers along construction areas, golf courses, housing, manufacturing and farms.
