I don't understand how it could be concluded a leader is moving too fast where education of young minds is the subject. Especially at a time when the world, education and knowledge is changing faster than anytime in history. Knowledge increases orders of magnitude daily ...education has the responsibility to keep up with fast efficient process and execution. Business professionals have the responsibility to continually re-educate themselves to stay at pace with it all. Not wanting to take sides but the facts reported of this news clearly suggest it is a matter in need of a conflict resolution mediator. The facts clearly tell a story where compromise can produce the best result.

The Gravette School District has achieved academic excellence in a state where academics are considered lacking ...a change of leadership at this time seems less than an exemplary decision. It seems both sides need to meet in the middle.
