GENTRY — Though the Gentry grapplers lost in a dual wrestling tournament to Fort Smith Southside and Van Buren in the last full week of January, they won two last week.
On Jan. 31 Gentry participated in a tridual with Berryville and Mountain View. Gentry scored 101 points, with Berryville scoring 48 and Mountain View 46.
On Thursday the Pioneers matched up in a dual with Springdale’s junior varsity wrestlers and won the contest by a score of 52-10.
The team will be going to Little Rock on Feb. 9-10 to compete in the 2012 1A-5A State Wrestling Tournament.
