— Police arrested John L. Garrison, 46, after viewing video of a gasoline drive-off from EZMart in Gentry and identifying the pickup truck used in the theft.

When police stopped Garrison, they also discovered he had a suspended driver’s license and no insurance, according to police reports.

Garrison admitted to one gas drive-off, according to police, but is also a suspect in one or two other gasoline drive-off reports.

Garrison was arrested and taken to the Benton County Jail for driving on a suspended license and not having insurance. A warrant was being sought on the theft of gasoline.
