— I set a pan of seed on top of the snow for my birds. As I watched them eat, I noticed one of them only had one leg. It hopped around with the rest of them and ate its fill, then flew off.

Jeff Herndon was visitingfriends and relatives in the area over the weekend. Larry Weihe has returned home after visiting his mother in Nebraska.

Have you heard the dicky frogs this week? They always make me think spring is getting closer.

I saw where Dorothy Mc-Gowan had passed away and was to be buried Monday in the Butler Creek Cemetery. Sympathy to her family.

The youth group from Bella Vista Church of Christ conducted services at the Hiwasse Church of Christ Sunday evening. These young men always do a great job.
