GRAVETTE — People interested in the preservation and beautification of Hillcrest Cemetery in Gravette are needed to become members of a “Friends of Hillcrest Cemetery” group, said Gravette Mayor Byron Warren.

He asked, “Are you able to volunteer at least once a month? Are you interestedin community and family heritage? Are you interested in city beautification?”

Members are wanted who will work in conjunction with the mayor and parks supervisor on beautification, cleanup of artificial flowers, flag raising, mapping and cataloging at the cemetery, he said.
