In last week’s issue of the Eagle Observer, in an article entitled “Gentry council denies rezoning appeal” (and also a previous council report in December), the property in question was not zoned residential-office, but residential and has been zoned residential since the city established zoning. It was nearby property on Meeker Drive which was zoned commercial and then changed back to residential-office.
