GENTRY — The official winner of the Gentry Public School District teacher of the year award is Rachael Thrailkill.
Teacher of the Year Awards were presentedin the Gentry School District earlier this spring, with teachers honored from each campus. The district award was announced last week.
At the Gentry Primary School, Jenni Morris, listed as an early-intervening teacher, was chosen. On the IntermediateSchool campus, Rachael Thrailkill, fifth-grade teacher, was the teacher of the year. Gale Carreira, special education teacher, received the honors at the Gentry Middle School. At Gentry High School, Alishia Ramsey, language arts teacher, received the award.
