WESTSIDE — The University of Central Arkansas at Conway announced the following area students are among those who have been awarded scholarships to attend UCA:

Kelsey Gregory, Gravette, Achievement, $20,000.

Logan Hirsch, Gravette, Excellence, $26,000.

Faerlyn Hunter, Gravette, University, $10,000.

Lauren Kara, Gravette, Leadership, $1,500.

Kendra Pettit, Gentry, Achievement, $20,000.

Katelyn Wilkins, Sulphur Springs, Distinguished, $34,000.

Distinguished scholarships are awarded to National Merit finalists or semifinalists with a GPA of 3.25 or in the upper 10% of their high class ranking. Others are based upon grade point average and ACT/SAT scores.
