GRAVETTE — April Abiera, of Gravette, was among the graduates at the Arkansas School for Math, Sciences and the Arts in ceremonies held Saturday, May 26, at Hot Springs.
Abiera, whose home school is Gravette High School, is the daughter of Michael and Lisa Abiera.
Of the 93 seniors participating in ASMSA’s eighteenth commencement, 85 were recipients of scholarships.
Abiera plans to attendthe University of Arkansas, where she will major in industrial engineering. She was the recipient of the Arkansas Alumni Association Scholarship, the Razorback Bridge Scholarship and the Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship.
