After suffering from too much rain, followed by a month of record setting 100-degree temperatures last year, the Gravette Community Gardens announce plans for a “better year in 2012.” The theme for the gardens this year is “Family Gardening” and the garden board members are “encouraging families and organizations to adopt a plot.” Each plot will be 12’ x 12’. The plot will be tilled and ready for you to plant. Shovels, rakes, hoses and other garden supplies are available for use. Seed and bedding plants will be available until they are gone. Even the water is supplied.
