— Michael Gerulski

Michael Paul Gerulski, 47, of Gravette, died March 15, 2012, at his home in Gravette.

He was born on Oct. 28, 1964, in Bay City, Mich., to Paul Gerulski and Darlene Kowalski Gerulski. He married Lynne Reou on Dec. 30, 1983, in Essexville, Mich. He was an avid woodcarver and belonged to the Tawas City Woodcarvers in Michigan. He moved to Gravette in 2006. He was a member of the Bella Vista Lutheran Church.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

He is survived by his wife Lynne of Gravette; father, Paul of Essexville, Mich.; three daughters, Sarah of Gravette, Emily Southard and husband Charles Michael of Centerton, Melissa of Gravette; one sister, Mary Ellen Sedlacek (Brian) of Springs, Texas; and three grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 24, at Bella Vista Lutheran Church, with Pastor Paul Hass officiating. Arrangements are by the Bella Vista Funeral Home & Crematory, Bella Vista.

G.R. Taylor

G.R. Taylor, 76, of Springtown, died Monday, March 12, 2012, at his home.

He was born April 27, 1935, in Lehigh, Okla.

He is survived by many family members. Services will be announced later by his family. Arrangements are by Epting Funeral Home of Bentonville.

Debbie Willard-Minnick

Debbie Lorene (Nichols) Willard-Minnick, 52, of Bentonville, died March 11, 2012, at the Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale.

She was born in Michigan on Dec. 13, 1959, to John and Daisy (Jones) Nichols. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, playing Farmville on Facebook and watching soap operas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Mike Nichols; and one nephew, Michael Wilson.

She is survived by her husband, Marc Minnick of Gravette; four sons, Michael Willard and wife Rachel of Bentonville, Jason Willard of Bentonville, Joshua Willard of Centerton, and Jeremiah Benjamin Willard of Centerton; one daughter, Amanda Willard of Bentonville; three brothers, Richard Nichols and wife Leslie of Oklahoma, Johnny Nichols of Missouri, David Nichols of Bentonville; and four grandchildren.

Celebration of Life graveside services were held at noon, March 17, at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Hiwasse, with Gordan Garlington, III, officiating.

Arrangements were by Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home and Crematory of Rogers.

Brody Rigney

Brody Wayne Rigney, 19, of Gentry, died March 14, 2012, in Siloam Springs.

He was born Oct. 6, 1992, in Rogers, to Darin and Tammy Rigney. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Highfill and an honor graduate of Gentry High School Class of 2011. He was a team member of the Miracle League baseball team since 2008. He enjoyed school, outdoor activities and swimming.

He was preceded in death by his great grandmother, Nanaie Rigney.

He is survived by his parents, Darin Rigney and Tammy Rigney of the home. One brother, Payton Rigney of the home; three sisters, Reagan Rigney of the home, Whitney Rigney of Springdale, and Ashlee McCue of Westfork; paternal grandparents, Danny and Peggy Crisp of Gentry, and Watson and Pat Mabe of Ringgold, Va.; Maternal Grandparents, Melissa Tate of Kansas, Okla., Dennis Tate and wife Vicki of Houston, Texas; great-grandmother, Elva Rae Tate.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, March 16, at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, March 17, at the First Baptist Church in Gentry. Funeral arrangements are by Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Siloam Springs.

E.S. “Scotty” Williams

E.S. “Scotty” Williams, of Ardmore, Okla., 39, died March 16, 2012.

He was born on May 9, 1972, in Denison, Texas to Johnny Ray Williams and Charlotte Gayle (Lovett) Williams. He graduated from Gravette High School in 1991. He played the guitar and was often writing poetry or practicing philosophy. He was attending the Calvary Christian Fellowship. He enjoyed rodeo and worked for numerous stock contractors in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas, and spent most of his time with the Tick Hill Rodeo Company. He belonged to the I.P.R.A, A.C.R.A, C.R.R.A., R.P.B.R. and the O.J.R.A. and was the founder and field representative for the X.R.A. – Ex Rodeo Association.

He was preceded in death by his mother; grandparents, Jay and Sue Lovett, and E.S. “Red Hot” and Ruby Williams; uncle Roy Wolfgram; cousins, Sunday Landeros Withrow and Domingo Landeros.

He is survived by his father, Johnny Williams and his wife Sandy of Gravette; sister, Robin Goad and her husband Shannon of Hutto, Texas.

Funeral services were March 20 at the Calvary Christian Fellowship in Ardmore, with Jody Hamm officiating. Interment followed at Rose Hill Cemetery. Arrangements were by Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home in Ardmore.
