Boys & Girls Club to benefit from golf tournament

— The Boys & Girls Club of Western Benton County seventh annual golf tournament, sponsored by Cobb-Vantress, Inc., will be held at the Razorback Golf Course in Fayetteville, Wednesday, May 16. The tournament will be played in a four-person scramble format with a cost of $500 per team.

The team package includes two mulligans and one tee buster per player along with goody bags. Lunch will also be provided and is sponsored by Cherokee Casino. Prizes will be awarded,including a $10,000 prize for a hole-in-one on hole number 4. A putting contest will complete the teams round with cash prizes along with various door prizes.

The tournament also includes the third annual Banker’s Challenge. Any local bank in Northwest Arkansas is welcome to be included. Hole sponsorships are also available for $100 per hole.

All proceeds from the tournament benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Western Benton County with units in Siloam Springs and Gravette. For information, contact Stephen Johnston or Ethan Pendergraft at 524-4174.
