— A safe and fun Halloween Festival will be held Halloween evening, October 31, at the Ozarks Community Hospital in Gravette.

The evening of fun, food and entertainment is scheduled from 5 to 7 p.m., when “kids can trick-or-treat down the halls of the hospital while participating in fun activities along the way,” said Morgan Black, OCH communications director.

The employees at OCH will be providing fun and safe entertainment for young children in thecommunity, which last year attracted about 300 participants.

“Free food and drinks will also be provided,” Black said. You may call her at 344-6464 if you have questions or comments.

Food Drive

In connection with the festival, members of Dr. Nancy Jones’ Girl Scout troop in Gravette will be conducting a food drive, and donation boxes are being provided at the hospital. All donations will go to the local Feed My Sheep food pantry. It is suggested and requested that people “please bring a canned food item to assist in this project.”
