Eagle Observer soliciting letters to Santa, artwork

Wednesday, December 11, 2013

WESTSIDE — The Eagle Observer will be printing a selection of children's letters to Santa Claus in its Dec. 18 issue from among those submitted to the newspaper by Dec. 11.

The Eagle Observer encourages individualized letters sent by email, letter, or dropped by our office. Letters may be handwritten or typed and should be emailed to [email protected], mailed to The Westside Eagle Observer, P.O. Box 640, Gravette, AR 72736 or dropped by our Gravette office, located at 123 Main Street, S.E.

Letters will be published on a space-available basis. Letters will be selected for their unique character and individual style.

For children who wish to write but would prefer not to write a letter to Santa, letters may also be sent to the editor on the subject of the writer's favorite things about Christmas and the Christmas holiday.

Children's art work relating to Christmas, too, is welcomed. Selected art work will be scanned for printing and will be available for return at the Eagle Observer office.
