Terra Ocheltree of Gentry and Bernard Grooters of Grandville, Mich., were united in marriage Oct. 5, 2013, at the Zion Reformed Church in Grandville.

The bride is the daughter of Terrie and Leland Chavez of Gentry, and Ernie and Sandy Ocheltree of Rogers. She is the granddaughter of Don Hawkins of Gentry, the late Dorothy Hawkins, the late Ruth Hawkins and Ken and Dorothy Ocheltree of Rogers. She is a graduate of Gentry High School and is employed by Delta Airlines.

The bridegroom is the son of Bernard and Pattie Grooters of Grandville, Mich. He is the grandson of Bernard and Betty Grooters of Jenison, Mich. He was educated at Calvin Christian and is employed by Cryovac Sealed Air.

The ceremony was held at Zion Reformed Church in Grandville, with Pastor Greg Browers officiating.

Kelly Morgan of Rogers, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Megan Beenken of Centerton, Jackie Terpstra of Caledonia, Mich., Brook Oliver of Raleigh, N.C., and Hannah Hawkins of Gentry.

Nate Leask of Grand Rapids, Mich., friend of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Dustin Stek of Walker, Mich., Cameron Wright of East Lansing, Mich., Kyle Davis of Wyoming, Mich., Corey Terpstra of Caledonia, Mich., and Jeremy Oliver of Raleigh, N.C. Ushers were Micah Frens of Wyoming, Mich., and Josh Degroot of Caledonia, Mich.

The bride wore a gown of soft white fit and flare lace by Galina Signato.

Corey Terpstra sang and played guitar during the ceremony.

A reception was held following the ceremony at the Holland Fish and Game Club in Zeeland, Mich. After a honeymoon in Maui, Hawaii, the couple is at home in Gentry.
