More apply for permits to sell beer, wine

— Six more local businesses have applied to sell beer and wine, according to weekly reports from Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control.

Since Benton County residents voted to allow alcohol sales, several businesses, including Walmart and E-Z Mart, began selling beer and wine.

Additional businesses which have submitted applications to ABC, as of Feb. 22, include: Centerton◊Centerpoint C Store 1675 West Centerton Blvd.
