Residents had more questions than answers received from the mayor and city council members during their July 11 regular session after Sherman Buckley, Mayor Bobby Simon’s code enforcement officer, sent certified notices to mailboxes, hung red tags on doorknobs and hammered into the ground “red tag special” signs on sticks.
