New mini strip mall coming to Gravette

GRAVETTE — Construction began last week on a mini strip mall in Gravette. Fineline Developers of Springdale announced plans for the project several months ago and this week confirmed that a Subway franchise will be an anchor business in the complex.

The complex will contain four units in the 6,250-square-foot structure which faces Arkansas Highway 59 just south of Huntington Street S.W. The complex will include 32 parking spaces with two handicap parking spots.

Aaron Ennis, business broker for Fineline, said work on the building is progressing rapidly and is expected to be completed this summer.

The metal building will be furnished with a stone veneer facade, which Ennis said will be attractive. It is designed for office/retail tenants. He indicated two other tenants for the complex are in the negotiation stage.

The property will have two entrances, one off Highway 59 at the south corner of the property, the other at the northwest corner off Huntington Street.
