GRAVETTE - The annual Gravette Athletic Booster member appreciation banquet, auction and athletic awards assembly will be held Saturday, May 11, at the Gravette High School.

Activities will begin at 5 p.m., with free admission to the silent auction in the Gravette High School practice gymnasium. Almost $7,000 in merchandise and prizes will be available. More than 50 items will be open for bids.

Starting at the same time, dinner will be served in the commons until 6 p.m. The meal will be catered by Hard Luck Cafe; and tickets, $8 per person, will be available at the door.

At 6:30 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center, a live auction of autographed GHS team balls from each sport will be held, followed by guest speaker Hon. Federal Judge Jimm Hendren, a Gravette native and GHS graduate. Individual and team recognition of achievements for all sports will be conducted by the GHS Lions coaching staff.

“Come and show your support of the Gravette High School athletes and their coaches," urged Brenda Lockhart, Gravette Lion Pride secretary.

Booster Club membership includes tickets to this event, which have been mailed to eligible members. The banquet is the Booster Club’s major fundraiser of the year.
