Haley House recognized for leadership excellence

GRAVETTE - Haley House, a senior at Gravette High School, has been recognized by the United States Achievement Academy as a student of excellence in leadership.

She was nominated for this honor by Harry Almond, a teacher at Gravette High School, and will appear in the USAA’s official yearbook, which is published nationally.

The Academy recognizes students upon the exclusive recommendation of teachers, coaches, counselors and other qualified sponsors and upon the standards for selection set forth by the Academy. These standards include academic performance, interest and aptitude, leadership qualities, responsibility, enthusiasm, motivation to learn and improve, attitude and cooperative spirit and dependability.

Haley is the daughter of Dony and Michelle House of Gravette. Her grandparents are Rickie and Lavon Stark of Gravette and Leland House of Tulia, Texas.
