GENTRY - First Baptist Church in Gentry, located at 221 West Main Street, will hold a yard and bake sale from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., May 29 through June 1, to support summer mission trips to the Dominican Republic, Alaska, and Vancouver (Canada).

The church is sending out groups of youth and adults to help with construction and repair projects, provide hunger relief and bear witness to their faith in Jesus Christ.

The yard and bake sale will be held across the street from the church.
