We are sure having windy weather, blowing more limbs down in the yard.

There was a large crowd at the Maysville community Thanksgiving dinner that the Maysville E. H. Club hosts each year. We are glad that people take interest in it. There was plenty of food and a lot of folks enjoyed visiting.

The Maysville volunteer fire department will host their annual chili supper Saturday evening, Nov. 23, at the fi re station. There will be free chili beginning at 5 p.m., then a pie auction follows. Come out and support the fi re department to help them on their expenses.

Orpha Wardlaw spent some time in Tulsa, Okla., last week visiting her daughter and family, Steve and Eva Rea Fincher, Zack and Selena. She spent some time with the grandchildren while their parents were gone and she enjoyed the time with them.

Patti King of Lowell came to the Thanksgiving dinner Saturday night, then spent the night withher parents, Jack and Sylvia Tucker, and visited church with her mother at Maysville Bible Church.

Maysville E. H. Club members, this Thursday is our regular meeting. There will be no lunch, just a business meeting at 1 p.m.

Orpha Wardlaw went to Ponca City, Okla., one day last week to visit Steve and Ellen (Wardlaw) Harris. She went to attend the funeral services for her son-in-law’s dad.

Melinda Crawley attended a fun day at the Extension office on Friday for all Benton County clubs. If anyone else attended from Maysville club I don’t have their names.

Jack and Sylvia Tucker, Patti King and Petru,Ronnie and Debbie Sims went out to eat at Decatur TNT Outback. They were celebrating Ronnie’s birthday. Happy birthday, Ronnie. Hope you have many more.

Carroll Tucker and Pam visited Jack and Sylvia Tucker one day last week.
