Due to an overwhelming response, the Property Owners Association’s Board of Directors has decided to end its search for members with restaurant management experience who are willing to serve on an ad hoc committee.
The temporary committee will work to develop a plan for the future use of Bella Vista Village’s dining facilities.
Three of the fi ve clubhouse restaurants are currently without lessees.
The association continues to seek lease agreements for the dining facilities at the Bella Vista Country Club, Metfi eld Clubhouse and the Loch Lomond Yacht Club.
Board Chairman Charlie Teal said he’s pleased by the number of members who responded to the association’s request and he appreciates the members for their willingness to volunteer.
