The Ole Timers from the Gravette Medical Center Hospital met on Thursday, Aug. 29, 2013, for supper. There were 19 former employees there with some welcome visitors in attendance. A good time was had by all.
Our next get-together will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24, at the Gallery Cafe in Decatur. Y’all come.
Those attending this time included Karen Kerr with her exchange student from France, Sarah Peronne, a senior at Gravette High School. We all enjoyed her French accent and her enjoyment of American food. Others attending were Linda Tucker, Maxine and Gary Soule, Carol Loux, Lorraine Hall, Sue Rice, Bert Ballman, Jean Bradley,Dorothy Hamilton, her husband Clarence and son Johnny, Betty Moore, Janie and Bob LaGore, Kathryn Ramirez, Rose Crose, Terry Flory, Sandy Cash, Bill Cleveland, Elaine and Mike Holloway and Snooky Garrett. Fred Thompson came in for a visit but could not stay for the meal.
