Hiwasse News

Mark your calendars. Monday, April 28, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. the rabies clinic will be in Hiwasse at the community center.

It is reported that Dennice Fletcher is not doing well at all. Let's keep the family in our prayers.

Those having lunch with Mr. and Mrs. Skylar Carrier on Sunday and helping Jessica celebrate her fifth birthday were Mr. and Mrs. Ward Carrier, Mr. and Mrs. Lofty Carrier, Mr. and Mrs. Brian Carrier, Gabe Carrier, Tim, Jenny, Trevor, Emily Blevins and myself.

We want to welcome Mary Crawley as a newcomer to our community.

Dean Fletcher is still in the swing unit at the Gravette hospital but seems to be improving.

Geneva Hamilton is slowly recovering from her surgery.

Pam Bertschy is having more problems and is scheduled for more tests this week.

Cats that ingest any part of an Easter lily (or any member of the lily family) can develop kidney damage within hours, so keep those Easter lilies out of reach. If your cat nibbles a lily, call your vet right away.
