Monday: Taco salad, strawberries, vanilla ice cream.
Tuesday: Broccoli cheese soup, crackers, hot roast beef & cheese on bun, cinnamon pears.
Wednesday: Meatloaf w/sauce, mashed potatoes, green beans, wheat roll.
Thursday: Chicken Brunswick stew, crackers, chunky fruit medley.
Friday: Fish sandwich w/lettuce & tomato, potato salad, baked beans.

Monday: Vegetable soup, chicken salad on lettuce leaf, saltine crackers, fruited Jell-O.
Tuesday: Salmon patty, baked potato w/butter & sour cream, glazed carrots, bread, lemon square.
Wednesday: Parmesan chicken, macaroni & tomatoes, Brussels sprouts, bread stick, hummingbird cake.
Thursday: Hamburger on bun w/lettuce, tomato, onion & pickles, corn on cob, baked beans, cherry pie.
Friday: Easter dinner -- Holiday ham, sweet potato casserole, green beans w/almonds, deviled eggs, roll, coconut cake.
Meals at Center are served with choice of 2% milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
