Helen Slinkard, a long-time resident of the Gravette and Sulphur Springs area, will be celebrating her 90th birthday on Thursday, May 1.
She still lives at her home and friends have organized a card shower to mark the occasion. Anyone wishing to send Helen a card can mail it to her at 948 Miser Rd., Noel, MO 64854.
